Anyone else having trouble getting to safelinking?

So I can now get to safe linking, but when I solve the captcha it just says "please wait".

It was working for a couple of days after the initial outage but now the "please wait" problem is occuring. This has happened before. I have never received a response to a Safekinking trouble ticket so I wouldn't hold my breath.
